Camino Bakery is an independently-owned group of 3 bakery-coffeehouses serving artisan breads, laminated pastries, salads, sandwiches, and a range of desserts – all made by hand, with a commitment to the deliciousness of every bite! We bake between 150 and 600 loaves of bread per day. We are dedicated to making life better for our community by providing a kind work environment as well as a wonderful experience for our customers.
We are looking for a bread supervisor who is passionate about bread, especially naturally leavened, artisan loaves. Even more important is the ability to work well with others and inspire a team.
- Must be physically able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. and stand all day.
- Must have a minimum of two years’ professional kitchen experience with an emphasis on artisan bread to be considered for this position.
- Must understand every step of the production process for both sourdough and yeast breads.
- Must be motivated, hard-working, and kind to others.
