Russ & Daughters is looking for a fantastic Bakery Manager to join our team at our Brooklyn, NY Navy Yard location.

The position requires an individual with prior bakery operations experience who will be responsible for overseeing all facets of baking production and management across all shifts (AM, PM, Overnight). This is a great opportunity for strong bakery lead to take their next step into management.

The Bakery Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the production of the highest quality offerings from bagels and bialys to babkas, rugelach, black & whites, rye & pumpernickel bread, challah, macaroons, and honey cake.

This position will require strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.

This position is 5 days per week (daytime), requires weekend and holiday availability, potentially longer during holidays.
