    Bridor U.S.A seeks a full-time Artisanal Baker & Tourier on its R&D team at is Vineland, NJ Industrial Baking Plant: 

    Responsibilities include:

    • Concept development
    • Customer sampling
    • Recipe documentation, focusing on laminated dough and artisanal bread.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years baking experience
    • Knowledge of food science, and analytical skills. 
    Preferred:
    • Familiarity with Canadian and American food laws
    • Industrial line experience
    • French proficiency, 
    • SERV Safe Certification. 
    Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts required.

    Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
