Albemarle Baking Co is located in the vibrant city of Charlottesville, a short drive from the Blue Ridge Mountains. For over 30 years, we have been creating exceptional breads and pastries to our community, and we are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Skilled Baker! 

Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of professional baking experience. Skill should include mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of breads, as well as mixing and elaborating croissant and danish doughs. The right candidate will also possess the organization skills needed to contribute to production planning, and the communication skills to successfully work with colleagues within our 24 hour operation.

We offer some flexibility in schedule, but we are primarily searching for candidates to fill into the following time slots: Afternoon (2pm-10pm), Night (10pm-6am), and Early Morning (3am-11am).

Salary ranging from $50-$80k depending on experience. Pay is commensurate with experience.
