Beach Pea Baking Co. is looking to recruit some talented new members to be a part of our baking team.

We are looking for an experienced morning bread baker. BPBC is a retail bakery located in Kittery, Maine (a beautiful, vibrant seacoast community, located directly over the river from Portsmouth NH.) We are an independent, owner-operated artisanal bakery, specializing in high quality, all natural and locally sourced ingredients.

• Individuals must be team oriented with the ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner.
• Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow as a baker. 
• Commercial baking experience is required. 
• Applicants in the bread department must be familiar with laminated dough, hand shaping, bakers’ percentages, and use of commercial spiral mixers. 

Full time positions available, weekends required.

• Compensation based on experience, range of $20-$24.
