We're a James Beard Award winning, independently-owned retail/wholesale artisan bakery specializing in hand-crafted breads and pastries. As part of our small baking team your primary responsibility is to meet production deadlines and quality standards as set by the bakery while contributing to our passionate and positive workplace culture.
Tasks include mixing, shaping, lamination, baking, yeasted and naturally-leavened breads and viennoiserie. Those with a minimum two years professional baking experience will be given top consideration. The ideal individual will possess a genuine service-oriented attitude towards co-workers, clientele and our community and is passionate about producing world-class breads/pastries.
This is a 40 hour/week position, including weekends and some early-morning hours.
