Bread Hand Full Time (40hrs/wk)  

Shifts: 2:30a-10:30a

Ideal candidates have commercial baking experience and are interested in further developing their knowledge and skillset. They would identify as eager to learn and are willing to put in the effort required to grow in this craft. About the Job Responsibilities Include:  

• mixing doughs and hand-shaping breads 

• scaling dry ingredients  

• completing prep tasks  

• utilizing a basic understanding of baker’s math  

• maintaining a clean and organized workspace  

• employing a keen eye for detail  

• displaying willingness to pitch in to achieve group goals Other Requirements - Weekend Availability  

• Ability to Do Physical Work (ie: work on your feet for eight hours/lift and carry fifty pounds repeatedly)  

Compensation Starting Rate, $17hr - (compensation negotiable based on experience)
