Bridor U.S.A seeks a full-time Artisanal Baker & Tourier on its R&D team at is Vineland, NJ Industrial Baking Plant:
Responsibilities include:
- Concept development
- Customer sampling
- Recipe documentation, focusing on laminated dough and artisanal bread.
Requirements:
- 5+ years baking experience
- Knowledge of food science, and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Canadian and American food laws
- Industrial line experience
- French proficiency,
- SERV Safe Certification.
Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts required.
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
