You’ll start with Irish Brown Bread—a simple, hearty pan loaf that welcomes whatever mix‑ins you have on hand. While it bakes, Maria will teach three traditional scones: cheese, currant, and za’atar. Brew a pot of tea and enjoy a relaxed session just in time for St. Paddy’s Day.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Born in Ireland, Maria Brennan began baking as a child and later expanded her love of food while working as a flight attendant. After moving to Kalamazoo, Michigan, she trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and the King Arthur Baking School, eventually opening Victorian Bakery in 2006.
