King Arthur Baking - Baking School Instructor or Assistant

The Position: The Baking School Instructor role is a hands-on, student-facing position responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality baking education in King Arthur’s Baking School. This posting is intentionally level flexible. We will hire at either the Instructor Assistant or Instructor level based on a candidate’s experience, skills, and readiness to independently lead instruction. Whether supporting classes alongside a lead instructor or guiding students through full-course instruction, this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, safe, and inspiring learning environment that reflects King Arthur Baking’s values and passion for baking. 

The Location: Norwich, VT; onsite daily. 

The Pay: $19.77 - $27.05. Actual pay is based on experience, skills, and level alignment. 

The Schedule: The part-time position is approximately 24 hours per week, with weekend availability and some holidays required.
