
Job Title: Test Baker/Demonstrator

Position Overview:
RONDO is seeking a skilled and passionate Test Baker/Demonstrator to join our team in Moonachie, NJ. This role involves working from our NJ location while traveling to support bakery customers across the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery operations, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate RONDO equipment to prospective buyers in the showroom and at customer locations.
- Install, test, and demonstrate machinery to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate new machines to determine their applications, limitations, and sales potential.
- Provide technical support to RONDO sales staff regarding dough technology and machine applications.
- Maintain showroom equipment in clean and proper working conditions.
- Manage inventory of ingredients for showroom demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive recipe library.
- Prepare detailed demonstration reports for in-house and on-site demonstrations.
- Represent RONDO at trade shows by demonstrating equipment and engaging with customers.
- Offer remote and in-person support to customers for machine applications and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working in a bakery.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience operating reversible dough sheeters.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% domestically, with occasional international travel.
- License: Valid driver’s license (required).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
