You will be responsible for the overall success of the Bakery Department including the baking, decorating, sales and merchandising operations.

Qualifications:

• Passion for high-quality products and exceptional customer service
• Proven management experience in a bakery, restaurant, or retail setting
• Ability to manage production schedules and lead a team effectively

• Moderate computer skills, including email, Excel, Word, Outlook, and online ordering systems
• Capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks in environments with high levels of heat and cold
