    Position Overview: As the Production Manager at Bread Alone, you’ll drive the department to excellence, ensuring operations are not only safe and efficient but also fully aligned with our heartfelt values and vibrant culture. With your hands-on leadership and deep understanding of bread production, you’ll be the cornerstone of our success. You won’t just oversee; you’ll actively engage and have the ability to jump in at any workstation, making a direct impact every day.     Compensation for this role: $62,000 - $90,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations while maintaining high standards for safety and quality. 
    • Ensure all products leaving the department meet Bread Alones exacting standards, manage resources, and oversee scheduling effectively. 
    • Actively communicate across departments to address issues and foster continuous improvement in processes. 
    • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, curiosity, determination, and integrity. 
    • Train team members hands-on, ensure they meet performance standards, and provide continuous feedback. 

    Requirements:

    • Capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks in environments with high levels of heat and cold. 
    • Proven experience in managing diverse teams in a fast-paced setting. 
    • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, equipment operation, and bakery production techniques. 
    • Ability to back up any production workstation, ensuring continuous operation. 
    • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and additional hours as needed. 
    • Be able to stay calm and focused when dealing with individuals that have bad behavior or are not able to comply with the policies and rules.
